All goods sold are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable.

- Failed Delivery
Proceed for refund including shipping fee paid during the purchase if all of the products from same order are being refunded. If only a few of products from the same order needs be refunded, then the shipping fee paid during buyer purchase will not be refunded.

- For wrong delivery by Red Zone Solution.
- For damaged goods during delivery.
You can request for return/exchange within 7 calendar days upon receipt the products. If 7 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Return and exchange request cannot be made in following cases:
- When request due to change of mind is made after 7 calendar days upon receipt the products
- Any item not in its original packing and label
- When sealed package is opened or packaging materials are lost
- Has been used
- Damaged for reasons not due to our error
- All Pre-Order, Special Order Item, Product & Parts / Special Customize Item ( Label sticker, paper roll, tag & ID Card)
You are required providing order number, invoice details and photos in order to qualify for the possibility of an exchange.
